Employee Assistance Program

We take work and personal issues seriously. Aspect provides an Employee Assistance Program that is an independent, confidential and free counselling service for all Aspect staff.

Ongoing professional development

We believe in up-skilling our people and provide extensive internal and external opportunities for learning and development. We have an Aspect online learning and development system and can provide up to 12 additional days study leave under the Aspect Supported Study Program.

Salary Packaging

As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), all Aspect employees can access Salary Packaging arrangements to increase your take home pay. Up to $15,899 of your everyday expenses such as mortgage, loans, rent, credit card, health, insurance or school fees can be paid from your pre-tax salary.

Eziway Entertainment Cards

Another additional feature of salary packaging, allows staff the option of packaging a further $2,650 per annum of pre-tax earnings to an entertainment card for the purposes of dining out or catering a function.
