What does this mean for the NDIS?

Thriving Kids does not change how families apply for the NDIS now. Until 1 January 2028, families can continue to apply in the same way. If your child has an NDIS plan, keep using the supports in their plan and follow NDIA advice about reviews or changes. 

Other changes to NDIS funding and planning are also being introduced. These changes may affect some plans before 2028. For the latest information and advice about how your family may be affected, use the official NDIS links below or call the NDIA on 1800 800 110.
