    Event focus

This event will explore how emerging technologies and innovative approaches can create more accessible, engaging and inclusive learning experiences for Autistic students. Through practical presentations and real-world examples, we will examine the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to support differentiated teaching, personalised learning and collaboration between educators, families and allied health professionals. Sessions will also explore assistive technologies, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), inclusive STEM education, and universal design for learning (UDL). Bringing together educators, researchers and technology innovators, the day will focus on moving beyond the possibilities of technology to its practical application, sharing tools, strategies and ideas that can make a meaningful difference to autistic students' learning, communication and participation

Aspect Community of Practice is designed around shared learning, collaboration inquiry and discussion rather than traditional conference presentations.
