Dr Fiona Aldridge

Manager, Aspect Assessments

Dr Fiona Aldridge is a Clinical Psychologist and the Manager of Aspect Assessments. She has a specific interest in developmental disability and the assessment of neurodevelopmental conditions, and has worked in this area across a number of settings for more than 15 years. She is passionate about providing high quality assessments for autism and intellectual disability to people of all ages, to enable the people she supports to understand themselves, their needs and access appropriate supports.

Fiona is also experienced in providing supports and psychology services to Autistic individuals across the lifespan. In addition, Fiona is committed to supporting and educating new clinicians to ensure high quality, evidence-based assessments and supports are available to those who need them. She has presented at national and international conferences, and has also provided training to both health professionals and families.
