Who we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience
  • Working in disability services a plus but not required
  • A self-starter who wants to deepen skills in neurodivergence
  • Keen to work itinerantly in the community, building strong participant relationships
  • Values supervision, mentoring and ongoing professional development
  • Driven to make a meaningful difference every day
  • Willing to move to or work in Sydney, Western Melbourne, Canberra and Illawara region.
