These evidence-informed modules are based on co-produced research conducted in Australia. They are freely available to download and use for individual learning or to share within your healthcare team, service or organisation.
Who should complete the training modules?
The training is designed for a wide range of professionals, including midwives, nurses, GPs, obstetricians, allied health practitioners, mental health professionals and others working in perinatal care settings.
What’s included?
The training includes three modules:

Enhancing understanding of autism in healthcare contexts

Module 2
Implementing good practice principles in clinical care

Module 3
Integrating lived experience insights into practice
Each module shares research findings, practical strategies and perspectives from Autistic people with lived experience.
