Conference ID & program

• a Conference Bag to store any information you collect.

There is also a Conference App available in App stores. You can access the program here, plan what presentations you go to and give feedback via the app.

An autism friendly conference

APAC17 is an autism friendly conference and there are people on the autism spectrum attending.

People can choose to self-identify as autistic with stickers that communicate their interaction preferences.

  • GREEN STICKER means the person is happy to speak to anyone.
  • ORANGE STICKER means the person is OK to speak to people they know.
  • RED STICKER means that the person does not want to talk, please respect this.
  • BLUE STICKERS are for parents or carers of a child on the spectrum (networking)

Autistic Space
A quiet and relaxing space is available any time in Level 3, room 3.1
Food and drinks will be located just outside the autistic space for convenience of people accessing the space during meal breaks.

Parents and Carers

If you would like to identify yourself as a parent or carer of a child on the spectrum, please collect a BLUE STICKER at Registration Desk. This will support parent/carer networking at the conference.
