Aspect Community Participation Services and Post-School
Options in Northern Sydney
Aspect (formerly the Autism Association of NSW) operates two Community
Participation services in Sydney Metro South. In 2009
Aspect is hoping to open two new services in Sydney’s Metro North
area.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from school leavers
and Community Participation/Post School Options clients
who would be interested in attending an Aspect Community Participation
service in 2008.
Aspect’s Community Participation services provide day program
services for adults. Our expertise is in supporting
people with autism spectrum disorders and people
with communication impairments. Our knowledge and
use of augmented communication resources sets us
apart from other community participation services
in providing services to people with autism and communication
impairments. We
have a strong commitment to Person-Centred Planning
and each client receives an individualised service
based on their personal plan.
