Adrian Ford

Chief Executive Officer & Company Secretary, Adrian Ford

B Soc Stud, FAICD. Previously Deputy Chief Executive Officer of The Benevolent Society and the National Coordinator of the Kids First Foundation. He is the Treasurer, Secretary and former Chairperson of the Australian Advisory Board on Autism Spectrum Disorders and the Chairperson of the NSW Dept of Ageing, Disability & Home Care Expert Advisory Group on Children and Young People with a Disability & their Families.  He is a former Chairperson of the NSW Child Protection Council and the Association of Children's Welfare Agencies. He has worked both in Australia and Great Britain in community services and has specialised in management of these services over the past 25 years.

Director, Education & Research, Dr Trevor Clark

Trevor is a special educator with a comprehensive knowledge of educational programs and service provision for students with ASDs and over seventeen years' experience in New Zealand, England and Australia. During his 14 years with Aspect he has been a teacher, principal of four schools and acting Director, Services. Trevor completed his doctorate in autism in 2001 at UNSW, including a curriculum designed to make functional use of savant and splinter skills (strengths and interests) in children with ASDs.

Assistant Director, Education - Aspect Schools, Elizabeth Gadek

Elizabeth is special educator who has been working with children with autism spectrum disorder for over 25 years. During her time with Aspect she has been a teacher, a Teacher in Charge, the inaugural principal for Aspect South East Sydney School and over the last 7 years has held a variety of senior leadership roles with Aspect.  Elizabeth completed her Master is Special Education from Sydney University with a major study in “Relieving the isolation of mainstream teachers of students with Autism and Asperger’s syndrome through a support network.”

Chief Financial Officer, Ian Skinner

Ian is a Chartered Accountant and has spent a large part of his career with Ernst & Young where he was a partner in both the Taxation practice and the Corporate Finance practice. He has held a number of leadership positions in these roles, including in respect of Learning and Development. His experience with Ernst & Young included a two year period in the Chicago office. Ian also worked for a short period as General Manager of a sporting club prior to joining Aspect. Ian holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Master of Economics (professional accounting) from Macquarie University.


Director, NDIS Ready, Communication and Marketing, John Kelly

John's career spans over 25 years and includes extensive experience within the NGO Sector both here in Australia and the UK. He has held executive roles in the disability, housing and employment sectors and previously worked at Sylvanvale Foundation, Sunshine Homes and the Shaw Trust. John’s expertise covers human services, change management and employee engagement and he brings enormous energy and creativity to the team.
