Our Aspect Macarthur School caters for children aged 4 to 17 years. It was established in 2010 and was one of two new Aspect schools officially opened in May 2011. The school is based in the Macarthur region of NSW and covers a broad geographical area through its base and satellite classes.
The school spans across four separate sites in the Macarthur area and includes our Northern Rivers educational program on the Far North Coast of NSW.
Our satellite classes include infants, primary and highschool programs within both the Department of Education and Catholic schools. All classes are staffed by Aspect teachers and teacher aides.

Each student has an Individual Education Plan (IEP) and identified priority outcomes may be implemented at individual, small group or whole class/school level with many goals implemented across school/home and community environments. Our autism core competency areas focus on Communication, Social Skills, Behaviour and Sensory needs.
All IEP based outcomes are taught in conjunction with the Board of Studies Key Learning Areas: English, Mathematics, Science and Technology, Human Society and Its Environment, Creative Arts and Personal Development, Health and Physical Education.
